Questions

Fees
- Are there deposit fees?
- No. You pay the network fee to send the transaction; we add nothing on top. Withdrawals carry a flat network fee, shown before you confirm.
- How is the fee calculated?
- On the full value of the trade, not on your margin. A $4,000 position at 0.06% costs $2.40 whatever leverage you used to open it.
General
- Is my money safe?
- Balances are held by the operator of this platform, not by you. Only deposit what you can afford to lose, and withdraw profits regularly.
- What are the minimum amounts?
- The minimum trade is $10. Minimum deposits and withdrawals vary by network — the deposit screen shows the exact figure.
Perps
- What is the maximum leverage?
- Up to 40× on crypto and 50× on index markets. The maximum is shown on each market and is set by the operator.
- Can I lose more than I put in?
- No. Positions are liquidated before the loss exceeds your margin. In an extreme gap the shortfall is absorbed by the platform, not by you.
Security
- Do you support two-factor authentication?
- Sign-in uses your Google or Apple account, so their two-factor protects this one. Biometrics can additionally be required before withdrawals.
